Summary: The Oracle EBS Developer (Financials) role is a 12-month remote contract position focused on designing and developing custom solutions within the Oracle E-Business Suite, specifically version 12.2.9. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Financials and will collaborate with end-users and functional teams to enhance financial modules and integrations. Key responsibilities include developing custom objects, supporting financial modules, and participating in Agile/Scrum processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance custom objects, reports, and integrations within Oracle EBS using PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow/AME, and Oracle Apex.
• Work directly with end-users and functional teams to gather and document custom reporting and integration requirements.
• Support and maintain EBS Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, PO, and PA.
• Develop and enhance payment processing capabilities including EFT and NACHA-compliant file formats.
• Utilize Oracle APIs, Unix shell scripting, and JavaScript to support custom enhancements and interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize RICE development by leveraging out-of-the-box EBS functionality.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage tasks using tools such as VersionOne and ServiceNow.
• Work with Kafka queues, REST APIs, and flat file processing for inbound/outbound integrations.

Key Skills:

• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS Developer, preferably in version 12.2.9.
• Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, Workflow/AME, and Oracle Apex.
• Proven experience across EBS Financials modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, PO, and PA.
• Experience working with users and functional analysts to understand and document custom solution requirements.
• In-depth understanding of EBS APIs and Oracle integration methods.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments, scripting, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Kafka, RESTful APIs, and file-based integrations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
