Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a consultant, preferably within Salesforce/Certinia ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of Certinia modules - Professional Services Automation & Financial Force Accounting.
- Hands-on experience implementing at least 3 Certinia implementations, preferably the Professional Services Automation module.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Experience creating process maps, user stories, functional specs, and system documentation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders and securing acceptance and approvals.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative project management methodologies.
