Position available for a Reliability Engineering Manager looking for a long-term contract with a leading manufacturer based in the North West. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills in an autonomous role as you oversee & develop the reliability strategy at one of the company’s flagship sites. An ideal applicant will have a strong reliability background with proven experience in plant turnarounds. You will be an exceptional leader with experience in change management and driving continuous improvements.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of the plant’s reliability strategy, including ownership of the transformation roadmap and its key objectives. You will set clear leadership standards across the site, define strategic direction, build team and leadership capability, manage the reliability glidepath, and drive continuous improvement in asset performance. This position is offered on an initial 12-month contract outside of IR35. The company are open to someone working this position full time or part-time and can cover expenses within reason.
