Role Overview
This is a true Release Train Engineer (RTE) role, not a Scrum Master position. We are seeking an experienced Agile delivery leader to orchestrate multiple Scrum teams operating within a SAFe Agile framework , delivering complex, compliance-driven products. The role is best described as senior program-level delivery leadership , with strong ownership of execution, alignment, and predictability across teams working on regulated, hardware-adjacent systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that delivery commitments are met while navigating dependencies, regulatory constraints, and cross-functional stakeholder needs.
