Proficient in technology, able to engage in discussions with tech teams to understand decisions and risks, with a strong grasp of both on-premise and cloud technologies. Experience with enterprise-grade project management and change management tools, specifically the Atlassian tool-set and ServiceNow. Proficiency in software automation tools like Jenkins, GoCD, Azure DevOps, Azure Portal, and Pega Deployment Manager. Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle for both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including technical implementation requirements and key release management principles.
