The Relationship Lead, will be the commercial and strategic face of the Division- built around people, partnerships and opportunity - spotting what's possible, building the relationships that make it happen, and securing the contracts that fuel the organisation's growth.
You will proactively shape the Division's position in the market, working across existing contracts while constantly looking ahead to what's next — new devo deals, new statutory funding streams, new partners. You'll work closely with the Operations Leader, who turns what you win and nurture into operational delivery.
