Your new role

As Regulatory Change Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of prominent, large-scale, multi-year transformation programs within Global Wealth.

Regulatory Project Management: Execute and independently manage regulatory projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Programme Governance: Establish and maintain appropriate programme governance, providing timely updates to support broader change governance.
Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Oversee detailed analysis and requirements gathering with Front Office, Product, Control functions, and Infrastructure teams to understand necessary technology, process, and procedure changes.
Governance Meetings: Lead and manage updates for governance meetings, including the creation of materials for Steering Committees.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify, manage, and escalate issues, risks, and dependencies, collaborating with various teams to define and implement solutions.
Sustainable Transition: Ensure changes are transitioned sustainably to relevant teams, enhancing the control framework and communications.



What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
Extensive experience in regulatory change management, leading large-scale programs, preferably including regulatory transaction reporting requirements (e.g., EMIR, MiFIR).
Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and maintain engagement throughout the program.
Experience in organising and conducting workshops to develop requirements and solutions.
Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, BRDs, Target Operating Models).
Desired consultancy experience, particularly with a Big Four firm.
