Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake the Registered Manager role for Tameside Children’s Homes.
- Organize, manage, and supervise residential services for children.

- Contribute to strategic planning and management of the service.
- Lead the team to ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and local procedures.
- Continuously improve services based on service user views and performance data.
Key Skills:

- Post-qualifying experience in managing a home.
- Broad experience in staff supervision and practice supervision.
- Experience working with children and young people in a residential setting.
- Experience in care planning for looked after children.

- Enhanced DBS check.
