Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and adhere to the Statement of Purpose for the service.
- Lead and manage a team to deliver excellent care and support for young people.
- Conduct routine meetings, supervisions, and investigations related to staff concerns.
- Collaborate with other professionals to achieve optimal outcomes for young people.
- Provide supervision and support to senior staff in accordance with regulations.
- Attend childcare reviews and planning meetings to advocate for young people's best interests.
- Engage directly with young people and serve as a positive role model.

- Work with parents, carers, and professionals to safeguard and promote welfare.

Key Skills:
- Recent experience in a registered manager role within a Children's residential EBD service.
- Certified Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care or equivalent.
- Certified Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management or willingness to obtain.
- Experience in leading and supervising a team in a residential child care setting.
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
