- Champion the growth of the business while tackling challenges with a proactive approach.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain the highest levels of quality and service delivery.
- Build strong working relationships with local authorities, brokerage teams, and other key stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
- Proven experience in a care management role within a domiciliary care environment.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a forward-thinking and positive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Full, valid UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
