A brand new opportunity has been created for a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) to join our clients team based in Greater Manchester (minimum RBI 2D ) on a long term contract basis.

The Role:

This is a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity whereby you will provide building regulations plan and site assessment services on both Domestic and/or Commercial schemes. The nature of your working is entirely flexible, whether you want to work from home or the office (hybrid available).

£55 - £65/hr DOE (Up to £9,500/month)

Initial 6-month contract

Inside IR35

Full or part time available
