Summary: The Registered Building Inspector role involves conducting site inspections in Manchester, Liverpool, or Leeds to ensure compliance with Building Regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed site inspections and surveys on various building projects
- Assessing and ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and associated legislation
- Providing expert guidance and support to clients, architects, and contractors
- Issuing approvals, completion certificates, and relevant documentation
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of inspections and compliance
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project progress
- Delivering timely and professional reports on findings and recommendations
- Proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and non-compliance issues
Key Skills:
- Class 2B+ Registered Building Inspector qualification
- Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and associated legislation
- Experience in conducting site inspections and surveys
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide expert guidance to clients and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and records
