Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed site inspections and surveys on various building projects

- Issuing approvals, completion certificates, and relevant documentation
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of inspections and compliance

- Delivering timely and professional reports on findings and recommendations
- Proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and non-compliance issues
Key Skills:
- Class 2B+ Registered Building Inspector qualification
- Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and associated legislation
