Summary: A new opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Building Inspector (Class 2 RBI+) to join a building control team in Lancashire on a long-term contract. The role involves delivering Building Regulations plan checking and site inspection services for various domestic and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Building Regulations plan checking and site inspection services across domestic and/or commercial projects.
- Support a well-established Building Control team.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Building Control Surveyor or Registered Building Inspector (Class 2+).
- Knowledge of Building Regulations.
- Ability to conduct site inspections and plan checks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
