Summary: The Regional Sales Manager for the UK and Ireland will lead a sales team in the aerospace logistics sector, focusing on new business development and strategic growth. This role involves managing team performance, building client relationships, and overseeing sales processes to drive profitability. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of six, ensuring alignment with regional, team, and individual sales goals.
- Identify and convert profitable sales opportunities in the aerospace sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key aerospace customers, including airlines and MROs.
- Contribute to the development of customer solutions and new sales channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales processes and manage the sales pipeline.
- Mentor and motivate team members, conducting regular appraisals.
- Oversee RFPs/RFQs and ensure competitive pricing proposals.
- Work closely with operational and financial managers to meet regional goals.
- Participate in monthly executive calls to present progress.
- Travel regularly within the UK and Ireland, with flexibility for other territories.
