Summary: The Regional Sales Manager for the DACH cluster will drive business strategy across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, focusing on managing and growing distributor relationships. This role involves developing annual plans with customers, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The position is newly created due to international expansion and is crucial for business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing in-market distributors while establishing new relationships.
  • Prioritize opportunities among markets, customers, and brands.
  • Develop joint annual plans with customers and track progress against these plans.
  • Ensure correct and timely implementation of pricing structures.
  • Deliver sales spend and profit targets, aligning forecasts with company objectives.
  • Contribute to the European strategy and execution.
  • Travel to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland on a monthly to bimonthly basis.

Key Skills:

  • Direct experience managing distributors.
  • Fluent in German with a strong understanding of the German retail market.
  • Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development in branded FMCG businesses.
  • Able to work independently with team support and training access.
  • Financial understanding, including value chain assessment.
  • Proficient in sales data analysis and systems.
