Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through central marketing campaigns and regional activities.
- Coordinate regional business development activities and motivate team members.
- Act as the primary contact for new business leads and manage the sales process.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure value delivery from Marketing Directors.
- Conduct quarterly meetings with Marketing Directors and support their development.
