Summary: The Regional Sales Consultant role focuses on driving sales growth for the Nu-Form Fire UK business unit by developing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities. The position requires proactive planning, solid product knowledge, and the ability to prepare detailed proposals and quotations. The consultant will manage sales activities through Salesforce.com, aiming for pipeline growth and improved conversion rates against defined sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams and adherence to safety policies are also key aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Self-generate leads through business development activities and manage account/territory planning.
- Identify and qualify leads, engage in pre-bid reviews, and form bid teams for complex proposals.
- Survey customer sites, prepare costs, specifications, and quotations for proposed solutions.
- Pursue AMR opportunities and ensure retention of existing AMR customers.
- Conduct technical presentations and manage the sales pipeline through Salesforce.com.
- Prepare monthly Personal Success Plans with sales manager to review performance and set objectives.
- Maintain product and technical knowledge through training and ensure compliance with internal processes and safety policies.
Key Skills:
- Experience in managing opportunities/accounts and working with sales teams.
