Summary: The Regional Planning Manager will oversee planning activities within the client's global organization, focusing on strategic inventory management for the Outlet channel. This role involves leading commercial insights, managing the quarterly buy process, and ensuring alignment across various teams to optimize inventory productivity and sales. The position is a contract role for three months, requiring a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic and controlled inventory management of the Outlet channel through the Rolling Open to Buy and Corporate OTB process.
• Drive pre-season and in-season decisions with a focus on promotions to enhance inventory productivity and margins.
• Manage the quarterly buy process for the Outlet channel in alignment with key strategies.
• Facilitate partnership and alignment across Retail, Merchandising, Allocation, Regional Finance, and Central Planning teams on inventory management.
• Accountable for Outlet ROTB, including intake, transfers, delist, and consolidations.
• Develop seasonal liquidation strategies, including markdowns and promotions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage delist timings and assortment.
• Lead the Outlet Allocation team for regular store replenishment.
• Manage and develop Outlet Planner to support key strategies.
• Conduct monthly inventory forecast reviews and provide insights on risks and opportunities.
• Support the Director of Planning in inventory management and margin control.
