Summary: This role involves serving as an expert adviser within the Government's initiative to enhance educational standards in South East England. The adviser will collaborate with senior civil servants and educational leaders to implement strategies for school improvement, particularly in underperforming institutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Developing strong professional relationships with schools, trusts, dioceses, and local authorities to drive improvements.
- Contributing to strategic priorities for the region by collaborating with local authorities and educational institutions.
- Facilitating and leading the dissemination of good practices and networking opportunities.
- Commissioning bespoke support packages from high-quality educational organizations to assist schools in need.
- Monitoring school improvement to ensure rapid and sustained progress.
