Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and collaborate with the Regional HR Manager across all central functions and commercial teams.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR matters, including performance management and employee relations.
  • Handle sensitive colleague issues with empathy and confidentiality, mediating conflicts and resolving grievances.
  • Monitor HR metrics and data to provide insights for leadership and foster data-driven decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels and challenge the status quo to add value to the business.

  • Professional accreditation (CIPD or equivalent) with operational experience across the full employee lifecycle.

Reporting into a Regional HR Manager you will be entrusted with a broad range of responsibilities that will challenge and inspire you daily. Your key focus will be to provide expert guidance and support to both colleagues and management on various HR matters, including performance management and employee relations. Handling sensitive colleague issues with empathy and confidentiality will be at the core of your role, mediating conflicts and resolving grievances with a diplomatic approach. In an evolving role, you will continuously monitor HR metrics and data to provide valuable insights to leadership, fostering a data-driven approach to HR decision-making and continuous improvement. So, what will you need as a person: Professional accreditation desirable (CIPD or equivalent) with associated operational experience across the full employee lifecycle: ER, Recruitment and development, Engagement Experience in communicating effectively at all levels, including management across the business.
