Summary: The Regional HR Advisor role at a large construction company in Central London involves providing expert HR advice and support on employee relations and management processes. This hybrid position requires travel to various sites and focuses on delivering the People Plan while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the regional HR expert, coaching managers and providing comprehensive HR advice on employee relations queries.
- Support the delivery of the People Plan and promote best practices in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate casework administration in line with GDPR.
- Provide Learning and Development support, including facilitating training sessions.
- Regularly review HR data insights to reflect on performance and identify trends.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience managing employee relations cases, ideally in the construction industry.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (preferred).
- Intermediate Excel skills, including vlookups and pivot tables.
