Summary: The Regional Estates Manager will oversee a portfolio of land and vacant property assets across North West England for an environmental consultancy. This hands-on role involves estate management, contractor coordination, and health & safety oversight, requiring regular site visits and stakeholder engagement. The position is a contract for six months, focusing on ensuring compliance and operational maintenance of the properties managed. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of land and vacant property portfolios
- Coordinate complex estate management projects
- Oversee contractors, consultants and works programmes
- Ensure health & safety compliance across estate environments
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments
- Manage revenue and capital works projects
- Provide professional advice to support land and property clients
- Mentor and support estate managers and junior team members
- Represent the consultancy in project meetings and stakeholder discussions
Key Skills:
- Experience managing property, land or estate portfolios
- Strong working knowledge of health & safety legislation

The Opportunity: We are supporting an established environmental consultancy and estate management provider in the appointment of a Regional Estates Manager to oversee a portfolio of land and vacant property assets across the North West. This role sits within a specialist team responsible for ensuring land and property assets are safely managed, compliant and operationally maintained . The position combines estate management, contractor coordination and health & safety oversight across a geographically spread portfolio. It is a hands-on, operational role that requires regular site visits, stakeholder coordination, and the practical management of land and estate-related risks.
