Summary: The Regional Employee Benefits & Solutions Manager will oversee the delivery of cross-border employee benefit solutions, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness during a 1-year fixed-term maternity cover contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver employee benefit cross-border solutions supporting the employee lifecycle.
- Handle stakeholder inquiries and resolve issues with employee-centric standards.
- Manage employee data for external providers and oversee reporting requirements.
- Execute enterprise employee benefit strategies in collaboration with HR functions.
- Identify challenges and recommend solutions to improve employee experience.
- Coach and guide local and regional leaders on employee benefits questions.
- Provide guidance on employee benefit policies and ensure local adherence.
- Support audits, compliance, and other employee benefits programs.
- Facilitate and manage relationships with employee benefit vendors.
- Support the development and execution of key employee benefits projects.
Key Skills:
- University Degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 5-7 years of Employee Benefits Regional Leadership or Consulting experience.
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of HR and organizational policies, procedures, and processes.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in additional languages such as German, Spanish, or Italian is advantageous.
- Ability to execute against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Knowledge of HRIS platforms like ServiceNow and Oracle HCM.
