- Diagnose mechanical problems using mechanical knowledge and technical skills to identify root causes quickly.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and system performance logs for accountability and future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute large-scale equipment upgrades or system replacements efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in repairing and maintaining refrigeration equipment.
- Ability to read and understand schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals related to HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising or guiding maintenance teams or contractors.
- Strong background in equipment repair, troubleshooting complex refrigeration issues swiftly and effectively.
