Summary: The Recruitment System Administrator & Onboarding Team Leader at Community Integrated Care is responsible for enhancing recruitment processes and leading the onboarding team within a national social care charity. This role involves managing the ATS system, improving candidate experiences, and fostering a supportive team environment. The position offers flexibility in working arrangements and opportunities for professional development. This is a 12-month maternity cover contract based in the UK with a requirement to work from the Widnes Head Office as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes related to the ATS system, Eploy, and its integration with Agresso.
  • Simplify the end-to-end recruitment process to enhance candidate experience and reduce time to hire.
  • Maintain robust support for hiring managers, recruiters, candidates, and agency partners.
  • Monitor activity, identify training needs, and coach users on system advancements.
  • Act as a key advisor for system development projects and ensure compliance with legal frameworks.
  • Create and develop recruitment dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  • Lead, develop, and empower the onboarding team to excel and create a supportive environment.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and proactively improve processes and systems.

Key Skills:

  • 2-5 years’ experience with ATS systems (preferably Eploy) and in leadership roles.
  • Strong project management skills, including stakeholder communication and data handling.
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Knowledge of health and social care legislation (desirable).

Salary (Rate): £35,000.00
