The Role

Based in our office on Rosary Road, you will work within our wider national business, collaborating with colleagues across the country. This role is ideally suited to graduates looking to kickstart their career or individuals from a retail background wanting to transition their face-to-face skills into professional telephone and digital communications.

What You ll Do:

  • Source & Screen: Conduct telephone interviews and guide candidates through registration.
  • Ensure Compliance: Collect essential ID, qualifications, and references.
  • Attract Talent: Build relationships with universities; write compelling job adverts and teacher profiles.
  • Manage Pipelines: Organise candidate data using our CRM platform, Vima.
