  • Support hiring managers during interviews in order to identify the best candidates for each role, identifying the right cultural and technical fit
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Lead on the onboarding process, ensuring new hires complete induction programmes and experience a positive candidate/employee journey
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, always driving continuous improvement
