We're seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team, focusing primarily on external recruitment across the full spectrum of marketing, media, creative, production, digital, and data roles. You'll act as a trusted partner to our clients, delivering exceptional talent through strategic sourcing, candidate management, and hands-on recruitment execution. This is a client-facing, delivery-driven role requiring established industry expertise. You'll manage multiple vacancies across permanent, freelance, and contract positions, working at pace to identify, attract, and place candidates in fast-growing, high-performing teams. Split: 70% External Recruitment | 30% Internal Focus

Key Responsibilities

  • External Recruitment Delivery
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process across all marketing disciplines including Creative, Production, Media Planning & Buying, Digital Marketing, Data & Analytics, Brand Marketing, and Content Strategy
  • Deliver high-quality shortlists and manage candidate pipelines proactively
  • Conduct comprehensive job briefs with client stakeholders to ensure deep understanding of requirements
  • Manage multiple roles across various clients simultaneously, maintaining speed, quality, and consistency
  • Execute tactical recruitment campaigns for niche roles and high-volume hiring needs
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment delivery
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with marketing hiring managers, creative directors, media leaders, Talent teams, and agency partners
  • Provide expert advice on market conditions, salary benchmarking, and sourcing strategies

  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, social media, and networks to identify top marketing, creative, media, and data talent

  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to placement
  • Conduct thorough interviews, screen candidates, and provide coaching throughout the hiring process
