Recruitment Coordinator

Our client is a very prestigious organisation in the Arts sector, based in Central London, and they are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator on a 3-month temporary contract.

The position is due to start on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week. It is undecided whether this will be a FTC or temporary role, we are working with a guideline of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment coordination or HR experience, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst providing an efficient and professional service to candidates and hiring managers.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring vacancies progressed efficiently from approval through to appointment
  • Managing interview scheduling and liaising with candidates and hiring managers to arrange suitable times
  • Supporting candidate management, maintaining accurate records and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process
  • Preparing and issuing recruitment documentation, including offer letters, contracts and onboarding paperwork
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment data and updating the Applicant Tracking System to ensure records remained current
  • Providing administrative support to the wider HR and recruitment team, responding to queries and managing competing priorities

Experience required:

  • Previous experience within recruitment coordination, recruitment administration or HR
  • Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Experience liaising with candidates and hiring managers
  • It is desirable to have experience in the arts sector

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems

Working hours:

  • 35 hours per week, 2/3 days WFH after 2 week handover
  • Full-time
