TEMPORARY HR & RECRUITMENT COORDINATORIMMEDIATE START / APPROX. 2 MONTH CONTRACTBristol / Hybrid / Remote 28k - 32k Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out day to day tasks related to the recruitment process, using the Applicant Tracking System including placing adverts, liaising with agencies and managers, arranging interviews, making verbal offers, updating the applicant tracking system and requesting and giving feedback.Identifying and attracting talent through various sourcing channelsAnswering queries in relation to recruitment policies and practices, escalating as requiredProviding advice and guidance to managers on the recruitment process and application tracking systemSuggesting changes or improvements to our talent acquisition processes, including interview process and how we attract talent in the global market.Skills and Experience:Previous experience in HR and recruitment is required, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.Must be resourceful and proactive.IT literate (including Microsoft products)Strong organisational skillsGood attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills, verbal and writtenAble to work to deadlines.
