Summary: The Recruitment Coordinator role involves providing essential recruitment support, including scheduling interviews and screening candidates. The position requires effective communication with stakeholders and candidates, as well as proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support candidate screening and initial assessments.
- Provide administrative assistance for assessment centres and recruitment events.
- Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
- Liaise with hiring managers, recruitment teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Conduct professional candidate and stakeholder communication, ensuring a positive experience.
- Work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
- Support wider recruitment administration tasks as required.
Key Skills:
