Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for approved positions across business units
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Coordinate and host engaging, high-volume assessment days in the London office
- Design and execute strategic sourcing and assessment techniques
- Schedule and facilitate candidate interviews (onsite & virtual)
- Conduct recruiter-led screening and interviews to assess key competencies
- Manage candidate communications, job offers, and contracts
- Support assessors with logistics, feedback collection, and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement through data analytics and market insights
- Support onboarding processes, including pre-joiner events and engagement
