Summary: This role is a Recruitment Coordinator position within the EMEA Talent Acquisition team at Disney, focusing on managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the Media UK&I sector. The position requires collaboration with hiring managers to attract and select diverse candidates while ensuring exceptional service delivery. It is a 6-month contract based in the Hammersmith office, with a hybrid working arrangement. The role emphasizes direct sourcing and maintaining high-quality candidate pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Decide on appropriate recruitment methodologies including direct sourcing, head hunting, and advertising.
  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner and take ownership of recruitment assignments.
  • Attend internal kick-off meetings with hiring managers to understand vacancy requirements.
  • Support the Senior Recruiter’s 360 recruitment processes and ensure quality of shortlisted CVs.
  • Deliver quality candidates through direct sourcing to meet recruitment objectives.
  • Create talent pipelines for future requirements.
  • Draft engaging job adverts to attract quality candidates.
  • Conduct initial pre-screening of candidates through CV review and telephone screening.
  • Participate in candidate evaluation and selection processes.
  • Maintain accurate records in the global recruitment system (Workday) and ensure GDPR compliance.
  • Ensure smooth communication with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the quality and integrity of all recruitment-related information.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment in an in-house position.
  • Experience in a Media/Entertainment recruitment environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to navigate a large, multinational matrix environment.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or similar recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and social recruiting platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with Boolean and X-Ray searching techniques.
  • Ability to manage a requisition list of approximately 20 varied vacancies concurrently.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
