Summary: The role of Tech & Data Recruiter involves leading the recruitment process for technology and data positions within a prominent UK banking group. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for tech and data roles.

- Maintain the ATS (Workday) and ensure recruitment policy compliance.

- Confident in sourcing passive candidates and translating niche briefs.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proficient with Workday ATS is ideal.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to write inclusive job ads.
