We are looking for recent graduates eager to begin a professional career within a technical recruitment company in our Glasgow Offices, this role offers a company which will invest in your career whilst the role helps you learn and develop your commercial skills. We are one of Scotland’s leading independent recruitment organisations, working within a number of specialist sectors in both the domestic and international markets. You will be based in our Head Office in St.Vincent Place, Glasgow and will enjoy a full and structured training programme which will involve sales techniques, solution selling, and business development. You will be given the opportunity to learn about every part of the recruitment function across a wide range of technical, construction and engineering industry sectors. Your role will involve identifying and attracting new clients through a combination of following warm leads and generating your own sales leads, developing relationships with clients and sourcing quality candidates.
