The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing environments, with previous experience recruiting technical and specialist roles. The role is working for a large manufacturing organisation based in Stockport .A background in production, manufacturing, or industrial operations would be highly advantageous, enabling the consultant to engage credibly with both clients and candidates .Key responsibilities :

Ideal profile :Proven recruitment experience within engineering, process, manufacturing, or R&D markets Strong understanding of technical hiring and candidate assessment Production or manufacturing background preferred Commercially minded with excellent communication and relationship-building skills Able to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment The salary is 45-65K (dependent on experience) or a day rate of £300 per day. The day rate is based on a Ltd company contractor. For PAYE candidates the rate is less.
