Description As a Recruitment Consultant - Public Sector Finance Specialist , you will: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle in Contract Finance within the Public Sector Space in London, dealing with the Local Authorities and Central Government. Build and deepen strategic relationships with clients, providing expert recruitment advice to ensure the best candidate matches for Contract Finance roles in the Public Sector space. Source top-tier Contract Finance candidates , including roles such as Management Accountants, Finance Business Partners and Heads of Finance. Leverage Michael Page's market-leading resources , networks, and industry insights to attract candidates and support clients effectively. Actively develop and build new relationships across the Public Sector space in London, gaining a deeper understanding of their hiring needs, ensuring strong, long-term partnerships. Collaborate within a highly successful team , with many opportunities to pass work and support each other in a warm desk environment. Proactively identify and act on business development opportunities within the national remit.

Profile We're looking for individuals with: 18 months+ experience in 360 recruitment, preferably within a commercial setting in the public sector, with a proven track record of driving new business opportunities, building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional results. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, including Group Treasurers and CFOs. A proactive, consultative approach to client acquisition and account management. The ability to attract and engage top Public Sector talent. Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
