Summary: The Recruitment Consultant role focuses on recruiting Sales professionals across the UK and EMEA for a global manufacturing organization. The position requires fluency in German and English, and involves partnering with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This is a 6-month contract position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment. The consultant will utilize various recruitment technologies and tools to attract exceptional talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit Sales professionals across the UK and EMEA markets.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously across different countries and business units.
- Source exceptional talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and multiple premium job boards.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across German-speaking and wider EMEA markets.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
- Utilise market insights and talent intelligence to advise stakeholders on hiring trends and availability.
Key Skills:
- Fluent or Business level German and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in agency or in-house recruitment.
- Ideally experience recruiting Sales or Commercial professionals.
- Strong direct sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Experience recruiting across multiple European markets would be advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple assignments.
- A proactive, consultative and commercially minded approach.
