Summary: The Recruitment Consultant role focuses on recruiting Sales professionals across the UK and EMEA for a global manufacturing organization. The position requires fluency in German and English, and involves partnering with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit Sales professionals across the UK and EMEA markets.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously across different countries and business units.
  • Source exceptional talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and multiple premium job boards.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across German-speaking and wider EMEA markets.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
  • Utilise market insights and talent intelligence to advise stakeholders on hiring trends and availability.

Key Skills:

  • Fluent or Business level German and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in agency or in-house recruitment.
  • Ideally experience recruiting Sales or Commercial professionals.
  • Strong direct sourcing and headhunting skills.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple European markets would be advantageous.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple assignments.
  • A proactive, consultative and commercially minded approach.

We're looking for an ambitious, German-speaking Recruitment Consultant to join a global manufacturing organisation, supporting the recruitment of Sales professionals across the UK and EMEA.

Working as part of a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional commercial talent that will help drive business growth across multiple international markets.
