Job Description
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
- Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
- Source potential candidates through online platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Plan and conduct interviews and feedback sessions.
- Foster long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
- Manage records of all candidates and clients.
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
