The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle in our Industrial & Driving division.

This is a 360-recruitment role and the successful candidate must be commercially aware and have a strong sales/business development background.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source, register and place suitable candidates across warehousing, manufacturing & driving roles.
- Working in a fast paced, predominantly temporary recruitment environment.
- Identifying opportunities for growth with current clients.
- Identifying opportunities and following up on new business opportunities.
- Completing end to end recruitment cycle including arranging interviews, placement aftercare, sales & business development, recording accurate CRM notes, ensuring compliance & attending client meetings.
- Taking a proactive approach to place candidates with businesses.
- Understanding and proactively working towards targets.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- Strong recruitment, sales or business development background.
- Proactive & commercially aware.
- Driven by earning potential.
- Confident & energetic communicator.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Able to understand targets and forward plan.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm & Friday 8:30am – 4pm.
