Key Responsibilities:
- Developing long term professional business relationships with both clients, candidates and the wider delivery team.
- Sourcing, shortlisting and successfully placing candidates into contractor, permanent and Employed Consultant appointments.
- Obtaining a true understanding of clients and their industry to deliver high levels of customer service.
- Arranging and managing interviews, presenting and negotiating on offers of employment.
- Preparing CVs and drafting correspondence for all parties involved within the recruitment lifecycle.
- Offering advice to clients and candidates on market rates/salaries, training, and career progression.
- Prospecting and securing new business.
- Offering assistance and knowledge to the wider delivery team regarding rates cards and bid responses.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Synergize Consulting you will play a pivotal role in our aerospace, defence & security division, focusing on the UK/European engineering market. You will be recruiting for contractors, permanent staff and Employed Consultants for several defence prime contractors across the full systems engineering lifecycle. The Synergize Consulting HQ is based in the heart of Crawley, West Sussex (Less than 5miles from Gatwick Airport). Your key responsibilities:

Essential Skills:
To be consider for this exciting opportunity, we are seeking either an experienced technical recruiter (preferably within the Engineering domain), an Armed Forces Leaver (from within an engineering discipline) or an Engineer with a background in Communications and Information, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical and/or Marine systems. In addition to the above, you will be adept in the following areas:
