Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the life cycle of Business Services roles across various areas including Legal Support Services, IT, Risk, Finance, HR, and Knowledge and Information Services.
  • Meet with hiring managers to discuss and confirm job descriptions.
  • Conduct direct sourcing, including research, identification, and approach of talent via LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
  • Oversee candidate selection, interviews, and assessment centres.
  • Manage candidate feedback and offer paperwork, as well as onboarding processes.
  • Conduct market mapping and support the recruitment manager with assessment centres in Belfast.
  • Assist with graduate and apprentice scheme telephone interviews.
  • Maintain relationships with new starters and provide weekly updates to hiring managers.
  • Support with ad hoc recruitment projects and new initiatives.
