Summary: The Recruitment Partner/Talent Acquisition Advisor will join a high-performing internal recruitment team to support the organization's transformation journey. This role involves designing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaigns while building strong relationships across the organization. The successful candidate will provide expert recruitment advice and strategies, particularly in a regulatory environment. Flexible working options are available, primarily remote with occasional office visits in Brighton.

The successful Recruitment Partner /Talent Acquisition Advisor will be joining a high performing internal recruitment team at an exciting time, as they support the organisation's evolution and transformation journey. Design and deliver in house end to end recruitment campaigns using appropriate channels to reach a range of audiences. As a Recruitment Partner, you will support across the whole organisation, enabling you to establish strong relationships, build your understanding of the current and future requirements, and most importantly design effective talent attraction strategies. You can also expect to work closely with the other colleagues across the People Team, including People Business Partners, Organisational Design, Reward, Talent Development, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Learning & Development. Every day is different but one thing remains constant and that is the exceptional work delivered by the recruitment team, who all work in support of one another and in the delivery of positive recruitment outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will be a knowledgeable recruitment professional who has the proven ability to work collaboratively with a diverse management community, providing expert advice and guidance, including routes to market, interview and selection techniques, and embedding equality diversity and inclusion in all we do. Internal Recruitment experience is essential, ideally gained within a regulatory environment.
