Summary: The Recruitment Administrator - Maternity Contract (12 months) will support the Service Center Recruitment & Mobility processes at Baker McKenzie, focusing on enhancing efficiency and candidate experience. The role involves operational support in recruiting procedures, including sourcing, screening, and offer administration. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process. This position is based in Belfast and offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day operational support in delivering recruiting procedures, including sourcing, screening, and pre-onboarding.
  • Facilitate the development and review of role profile content.
  • Create, update, and close job postings in recruitment management systems.
  • Secure availability and set interview schedules for interviewers and candidates.
  • Manage general recruitment queries through identified channels.
  • Generate and send offer and contract letters in coordination with recruitment teams.
  • Partner with teams to deliver integrated Recruitment & Mobility services.
  • Facilitate administration of recruitment-related tools and platforms.
  • Collaborate with People Systems to maintain data integrity of recruitment-related data.
  • Perform other functions as assigned by the immediate manager.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or relevant courses.
  • Some relevant experience in supporting recruitment processes and technologies.
  • Knowledgeable in recruitment principles, particularly in candidate management.
  • Experience with enterprise-wide Recruitment Management Systems such as SuccessFactors, cvMail, viRecruit, PageUp, Taleo, etc.
  • Experience in a shared services/captive environment is preferable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
