Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all stages of the recruitment process, including advertising, interviews, and providing feedback.
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey for hiring managers and candidates, advising on the recruitment process and system.
  • Monitor the recruitment inbox and phone line, providing advice and dealing with queries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including shortlisting, feedback logging, and right to work evidence collection.
  • Assist with Learning & Development administration as required, including delivery of employee induction.
