Carbon60 are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Administrator to join one of our client's central Recruitment team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that administrative tasks within their recruitment system are executed accurately and promptly. The successful candidate will support the recruitment team with various tasks, including interview scheduling, job advert postings, and conducting right-to-work checks.Job Title: Recruitment AdministratorLocation: London - Onsite 2 days a week and 3 days WFHPay rate: up to 18.28ph (36.5 hours a week, full time)Duration: 3 month contract with possible of extension.Key Responsibilities:Support the recruitment team with interview invitations and scheduling through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Talentlink.Reject unsuccessful applicants at the shortlisting stage in the ATS.Post job adverts and follow up on reference requests for new starters.Conduct right-to-work checks before candidates commence work.Provide additional administrative support as outlined by the Recruitment Manager.Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to offer support and check on progress.Report any service or performance issues promptly, escalating to the Recruitment Manager when necessary.Identify and signpost matters that require senior colleagues' attention.Plan workload to foresee busier periods and ensure efficiency.Suggest process improvements to maintain ultimate efficiency.Person Specification:Experience in a customer/client service role.Ability to manage a high volume of work.Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System.Experience providing administrative support in HR.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop long-term relationships with clients at all levels.Strong organizational skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced working environment.Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle and accurately input sensitive information.Ability to multitask and effectively manage various tasks simultaneously.Collaborative team member.Ability to follow an agreed plan and complete tasks on time, asking for help when needed.
