Summary: The Recruitment Administrator role at Advanced Resource Managers involves supporting recruitment activities and contractor lifecycle management within the IT division. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for the client's candidates, including IT access, laptop requests, and communication with relevant departments
  • Administer client documentation and systems, supporting with timesheets, invoices, and tracker spreadsheets
  • Manage purchase order (PO) processes for new starters, extensions, and changes, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
  • Attend the client's London office once per month for on-site coordination

Key Skills:

  • Experience in recruitment administration, resourcing, or coordination (agency or in-house)
