Summary: The Recruitment Administrator will join Fieldfisher's Early Careers Recruitment Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, focusing on the attraction, selection, and development of emerging talent such as apprentices, interns, and graduates. The role involves organizing recruitment events, managing applications, and supporting onboarding processes. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team. The successful candidate will report to the Early Careers Manager and contribute to various administrative tasks within the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the organization of campus recruitment event logistics, including booking venues and catering.
  • Assist with vacation schemes, in-office events, and diversity & inclusion events.
  • Help create content for social media and presentations.
  • Pre-screen applications and administer online assessments, collating results.
  • Manage diary for phone interviews, assessment centres, and partner interviews.
  • Support Early Careers Advisor with assessment centres.
  • Manage internal and external job postings and the candidate offer process.
  • Assist with managing the applicant-tracking system.
  • Support onboarding of trainees and apprentices and coordinate annual induction.
  • Respond to incoming queries via email and telephone.
  • Process expenses and book travel arrangements.
  • Manage diary for the Early Careers Manager.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience as an assistant or administrator is advantageous.
  • Good organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills and adaptability to new tools and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ideally, experience using social media in an organizational setting.
