Summary: The Recruitment Operations Specialist role involves supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition and optimizing the recruitment lifecycle within a leading pharmaceutical company. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance the recruitment experience and enable data-driven decision-making. This is a hybrid role, requiring two days on-site per month in Surrey. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing recruitment operations across multiple regions and familiarity with the pharmaceutical sector.
