Summary: The Recruitment Operations Specialist role involves supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition and optimizing the recruitment lifecycle within a leading pharmaceutical company. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance the recruitment experience and enable data-driven decision-making. This is a hybrid role, requiring two days on-site per month in Surrey. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing recruitment operations across multiple regions and familiarity with the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Talent Acquisition closely.
- Optimize the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Improve the stakeholder experience throughout recruitment.
- Enable data-driven decision-making within recruitment processes.
- Act as a central coordinator across regions and functions.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition (TA) teams, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), People Partners (PPs), and business partners.
- Deliver a high-quality and scalable recruitment service.
Key Skills:
- Experience managing recruitment operations across multiple regions.
- Skilled in using recruitment metrics and dashboards to gain insights.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), especially SuccessFactors.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical or advanced/regenerative medicine sectors is beneficial.
