The Role

We are seeking a high-energy, proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our Leadership Hiring team. This is a high-visibility role where you will act as the operational backbone for our Director and VP-level searches. You won't just be scheduling; you will be delivering a "white-glove" service to the world’s top talent, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand’s excellence. You will navigate complex, high-stakes diary management across APAC and EMEA (with occasional engagement with NORAM), partnering closely with internal PAs/EAs and senior stakeholders to move at pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Experience: Coordinate 100–160 interview loops, ensuring senior-level candidates receive a world-class experience with speed, efficiency, and professional polish.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted partner to Directors, VPs, and their Executive Assistants to navigate complex scheduling across multiple time zones.
